As Sandra departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sandra. Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Moore. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Moore (Ayan); her husband Jack; her children, Matthew (Tyne) and Yarmouth; and her grandmother Mimi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Yarmouth (58 Long Pond Dr, South Yarmouth, MA 02664). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
