She is survived by : her father Luis Peralta; her husband John Fields; her children, Stephen Tzianabos (Cara) of Franklin, Jack Tzianabos of Southborough, Alison Tzianabos of Southborough, Ryan Fields of Medford, Amber Fields (David Dwinells) of Chelsea and Heather Fields of Aspen, CO; and her siblings, Steven (Linda Peralta) of Plymouth, James Peralta (Ellen Brandt) of Bernardsville, NJ, Robert (Jennifer Peralta) of Fairview, TX and Julie Peralta of Hudson.
