He is survived by: his wife Nicole Melendez (Kusek); his children, Alendia Tetlow of Dudley, Coran Tetlow of Leicester and Jayden Tetlow of Southbridge; his sisters, Brenda Melendez (Wilfredo Villanueva) of Southbridge and Nellyana Melendez of Puerto Rico; his nieces, Shalom and Natyarie Villanueva; his aunts, Olga Melendez (Victor Miranda) and Rosa Zavala; his cousins, Deacon Jerry Miranda and Jeffrey Miranda; and his parents, Abdon Melendez-Pagan and Madeline Zavala.
