He is survived by: his mother Carol Smith (Girouard) of Florida; his girlfriend Monique Paquin; his stepdaughter MaKenna Zella; and his siblings, Eric Smith of Southbridge, Scott Smith of Southbridge, Ginger Smith of Southbridge and Charlotte Smith Curboy of Altoona, FL.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
