He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne-Marie Wetherbee Lewis and John McKeon Lewis; and his brother Trevor William Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Ann Brindle Lewis; his children, Merrick James Lewis and Everleigh Sapphira Lewis; his siblings, Stephanie Clementine Lewis (Jared Morrison) of Southbridge and John Lewis (Cristina Lewis) of New Hampshire; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Brindle (Misty Brindle) of Spencer, Melissa Brindle Miletti (Anthony Salmons) of South Carolina and Stacie Brindle of Palmer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
