He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Koska; his children, James Koska, Denielle Hugli and Cheryl Tetrault; and his parents, John Koska and Irene Koska (Janoska).
He is survived by: his children, Walter Koska of Palmer, Charlene Moynahan of Brimfield, Judy Koska of Buffalo and Andrea Koska of Tolland; and his brothers, Mark and Jerry Koska. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
