He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Higgins (Lisa Mileski) of Central Village, CT, Scott Higgins (Lisa Blanchard) of Dudley, Laurel Robidoux (Alvin Robidoux) of Sturbridge and Carlene Higgins (Michael Paschopoulos) of Webster; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Marchessault, Nicole Higgins, Melynda Henrichon, Matthew Higgins and Caitlin Higgins.
