He was predeceased by: his sisters, Eleanor Bardy, Orlandina Barnes, Irene Champagne and Lily Mandeville; and his parents, Pompilio Fontana and Armida Fontana (Tosti).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Fontana (Hayes); his children, Gregory Fontana (Jamie) of Worcester and Lauren Miller (David) of Charlton; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Neslusan, Jenna Miller, Luke Miller, Sarah Miller and Matthew Miller.
