She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Jones; and her sister Donna Parker. She is survived by: her children, Mathew Koslowski of Southbridge, Travis Koslowski of Brimfield and Jessica Koslowski of Holland; her father Jack Baldina; her siblings, Karen Bolduc (family: Maria Sowa), Jack Baldina and Terry Parker; and her close friend Greg Buchanan of Southbridge. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
