We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2026, at the age of 90, Maria A. Hernandez of Southbridge, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marcelino Hernandez; her siblings, Juan Alicea, Roman Alicea, Nazario Alicea and Inez Melendez-Aponte; and her parents, Pablo Alicea and Nicolasa Alicea (Alvarado).
She is survived by: her children, Marcelino Hernandez, Jr. (Kimberly) of Orlando, FL, Teodoro Hernandez of Southbridge, Pablo Hernandez (Beth) of Holden, George Hernandez (Lynn) of Southbridge, Enrique "Henry" Hernandez of Kissimmee, FL and Maria Delcarmen Rodriguez of Southbridge; and her siblings, Catalino Alicea of Southbridge and Severina Rios of Southbridge. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
