She is survived by: her children, Donna Kozakowski (Ray) of Quinebaug, CT, Michael Young (Jackie) of Southbridge, MA, Tricia Renaud (Gary) of Woodstock, CT and Tina Young (Malea Rhodes) of South Deerfield, MA; her grandchildren, Krystyna Kozakowski, Stephan Kozakowski (Corie), Elizabeth Tlumacki (Mark), Rachel Young, Jacob Young, Taylor Graves (Aric), Evan Renaud (Brooke), Jordan Renaud and Lucas Renaud (Emily); her great grandchildren, Quil, Oakley, Atlas, Vynn, Mark, Marigold, Yvette, Ellis and Moriah; her sister Ann Guardiani of Worcester, MA; her sister-in-law Anne Marie Guardiani of Worcester, MA; and her friend Pat Hackett of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
