She is survived by: her children, William R. Waters, Jr. (Tonya Walton) of Murfreesboro, TN, Kristopher A. Skonieczny (Jeff) of Southbridge, MA and Jennifer I. Waters of Springfield, MA.; her grandchildren, Billy Waters, Alex Waters (Anna), Kay-Lee Waters, Lily Waters, Destiny Francis (Axel Quinones) and Jordan Skonieczny; her great grandchild Marceline Quinones; and her siblings, Arlene Rusin of Chicopee, MA, Edward "Charley" Bushey (Debbie) of Springfield, MA and Helen Bushey of Enfield, CT.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
