He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy C. Benoit (Salvatore); his children, Aaron Benoit (Erin) of Somers, CT, Jonathan Benoit (Amanda) of Saco, ME, Michael Benoit of Southbridge, Tara Lataille of Southbridge, Angela R. Berthiaume (Aaron) of Holland and Aislynn Schultz (Gregory) of Petaluma, CA; his sister Cynthia Parent (Donald) of Southbridge; his grandchildren, Christopher Lataille, Joshua Berthiaume, Noah Berthiaume, Elizabeth Lataille, Abigail Bertiaume, Anthony Lataille, Amelia Benoit, Wyatt Benoit, Hutton Benoit, Noraa Benoit, Levi Benoit, Ophelia Schultz and Henry Schultz; his nephews, Randy and Christopher Parent; his niece Jenny Chouinard; and his parents, Pierre Leon Raymond Benoit and Olive T. Benoit (Fors).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home (130 Hamilton St, Southbridge, MA 01550). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (263 Hamilton St, Southbridge, MA 01550). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Worcester County Memorial Park (217 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612).
