He is survived by: his wife Harriet Rakowski (Perreault); his children, Matthew Rakowski of Webster and Stephanie Silva (Nicolas) of Hudson; and his stepchildren, Richard Perreault (Kelly) of Southbridge, Raymond Morse Jr. (Amanda) of Southbridge and Maggie Morse of North Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belanger Bullard Funeral Home (51 Marcy St, Southbridge, MA 01550).
