He was predeceased by : his wife Edwina Augustynski. He is survived by : his children, Kris Augustynski (Michelle) of Auburn, Charles Augustynski of Dudley, Jeremy Augustynski (Melissa) of Danielson and Casi Rich (Matt) of North Andover; his sister Charlene Liseno of Milford; his close friend Deborah Geraghty; his stepsons, William Farrar of Oregon and David Farrar of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Kaylee, Jaelyn, Eli, Briella and Matt.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Brookside Patient's Activities Fund at 11 Pontiac Ave., Webster, MA 01570.
