He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester LaPlante and Virginia LaPlante (Holt); and his brothers, Chester and William. He is survived by: his wife Roberta LaPlante (Bobbi); his daughter Debra Bonsant (AJ) of Stella, NC; his granddaughters, Amy LaBonte (Jason) of Chicopee, MA and Ashley Crane (AJ) of Chicopee, MA; his son David Cross (Elizabeth) of Agawam, MA; his granddaughter Sarah Tourville (Mark Cross) of Westfield, MA; his great grandchild Dawn LeBorgne (Matt) of Southwick, MA; his grandchildren, Emmalina Toma, Peter and Ryan LeBorgne of Southwick, MA.; his children, Carrie Moon (Charlie) of Westfield, MA, Travis Moon of Westfield, MA. and Jason LaPlante (Margaret) of Port Orchard, Washington; his grandchildren, Gabe LaPlante and Veronica LaPlante of Port Orchard, WA.; his sister Betty Yefko of Westfield, MA.; and his caregivers, Brie, Tamie, Paula and Alan. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and two great-great granddaughters.
