He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Eileen. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his sons, Chuck Jr. (Jackie) of Suffield and Christopher of Westfield; his grandchildren, Jenna (Blake) and Garrett; his great grandchild Yarrow; his family, Maddie and Austin; his brothers-in-law, Sonny, Donnie (Barb), Chuck and Shirley of Pennsylvania; and his cousin Diane Elander. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and countless forever friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Southwick Forastiere Funeral & Cremation (624 College Hwy, Southwick, MA 01077). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
