He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando D'Onofrio and Elizabeth D'Onofrio; his nephew Samuel Noble; and his friends, Rick Bengston and Tim Bridges.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy D'Onofrio; his sons, Sean D'Onofrio and Connor D'Onofrio; his mother-in-law Barbara Arens; his sisters-in-law, Deborah Noble and Debra Rosenberg; his niece Leah Abraham; his great-nephew Ethan Abraham; his nephew Brian Noble; Megan Murphy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Funeral Home (624 College Hwy, Southwick, MA 01077).
