He was predeceased by : his parents, Vincent Nasiatka and Bertha Werth. He is survived by : his wife Penny G. Nasiatka (Perret) of Southwick; his siblings, Vicki Rennell (Ronald) of Agawam, Linda Tkacz of Springfield, MA, William Smith of Virginia and Robert Smith of Granby, CT.; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Perret of Norwell, MA, Cynthia Heitzman of Dunnellon, FL and Fred Perret (Betsy) of Montague, MA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
