He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn O. Bailey and William Waller; his children, Michelle Bailey and Paul F. Bailey Jr.; his grandchildren, Kaiyah and Zyaire; and his brothers, Walter Bailey and Robert "Bart" Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Bailey (Rosado); his children, Michael Bailey (Pari Omidbakhsh), Christine Massenburg (James Massenburg Sr.), Robert Bailey (Sherrell Cooley), Jeffrey Bailey (Terasa Bailey), Luis Morales of San Diego, CA and AnnMarie Bailey; and his daughter-in-law Erika Alston of North Carolina. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
