He is survived by: his children, Isaiah L. Polk and Dorothea Polk; his siblings, Antonio Polk, Alfred Polk, Raymond Jarow Polk, Faith Marie Richardson and Dorothea Marie Walker (Victor); his grandchildren, Emmanuel Wilson, Matteo Polk and Samuel Polk; his aunt Mamie Duncan; his uncle Calvin Wimbish; his niece Ruby Polk; his nephew Michael Polk; and his friend Shelley Polk. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
