He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Anna Dargis (Pasierb); and his brothers, Robert and Gerald Dargis. He is survived by: his children, Alan Dargis, Jr. of Springfield and Sharon Dargis of Springfield; his siblings, Kenneth Dargis of Chicopee and Carol Chaves of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Nathan and Ryan Herring; his close friends, Susanne Bettis, Douglas Kirk and Cheryl Collins; and his friends, Bobby and Billy Remillard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other extended family members and many friends.
