He was predeceased by: his grandmother Emma Barreto. He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Hernandez and Samuel Diaz; his children, Ricardo Diaz, Leilany Diaz, Gionni Diaz and Gianna Diaz; his siblings, Sammy Diaz, Joshua Diaz, Izae Diaz, Jessica Diaz, Zenaida Diaz, Destiny Diaz and Yazmine Diaz; and his grandparents, Marta Rivera and Jose Cuba. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as several cousins and a countless number of friends.
