He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Dawson and Delzora Dawson (Eleanor Dawson); and his siblings, James Manuel and Cynthia Dawson Williams. He is survived by: his brothers, William Calvin Manuel (Virginia) of Brooklyn, NY and Thomas Manuel of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Congregational Church (45 Hancock St, Springfield, MA 01109). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at the Riverside Cemetery (81 Riverside Ave, Norwalk, CT 06850).
