He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonso Amato and Helena Amato (Park); and his significant other Linda Starkey. He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Lage (Jason) of Ludlow; his stepdaughter Jackie Starkey of Agawam; his siblings, James of Springfield, Daniel of Florida, Kathy (Raymond Pouliot) of Holyoke and Michael (Olivia) of Bellingham, MA; his grandchildren, Jaden, Lily, Liam and Emma Lage; and his nephews, Dominic and Joseph Amato.
