Polk Jr. (Elizabeth) of Charlotte, NC and Angelica Kamry Polk; his daughter-in-law Brittany Polk; his siblings, Alfred Polk (Sandra), Raymond Jerome (Kim), Marie Walker (late Victor) and Gladys Wagner; his brother-in-law Kenneth J. Wilson, I (Patricia); his uncle Calvin Wimbish; his aunt Mamie Duncan; and his godfather Malcolm Freeman. He is also survived by eight godchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, relatives, and many friends.
