It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aurora Lyew (Springfield, Massachusetts), born in Hanover, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lynnette Gayle; her son Karl Stewart Martin; her nieces and nephews, Kenneth "Tootie" Gayle and Yasmin Lewis; and her siblings, Noel Campbell, Iola Studs, Delta Stevens, Linda Lewis, Royal Vassell and Lucille Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Noel Lyew; her stepchildren, Georgia Sonia Lyew, Mark Lyew (Denise), Gladstone "Manny" Brown, Nola Lyew (Glen), Melody Gayle (Trevor) and Noel Lyew Jr. (Daphne); her stepgrandchild Tamika; her nieces and nephews, Ancel Gayle (Joy), Georgia "Peggy" Gayle, Sandra Johnson, Donald Mendes and Donovan Wray; and her family, May "Tiny" Robertson, Audry Monica Walker, Viola Forbes and George Lyew.
