We announce the death of Betty-Lou Britt of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 89. Betty-Lou will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kenyon and Agnes Kenyon. She is survived by: her sister Karen Stevens of Windsor Locks, CT; her sisters-in-law, Christine Case and Beverly Thirsher; her nieces and nephews, Glenn Case of East Longmeadow, MA and Todd Case of Hebron, CT; her daughter-in-law Sarah Case of Wilbraham, MA.; her nephews, Danny and Joey Stevens; her grandsons, Brian Case (Marta), Steven Case and Elijah Case; her great grandchild Ashleigh Case; and her close friend Larry Dentzen.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to the Shriners Children's Hospital, an organization that held a truly special place in her heart.
