She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chapman and Marilyn Chapman (Bliss); her husband Carmelo Garcia; and her siblings, John Chapman, Diane Osgood and Christine Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Chapman of Springfield, Steven Chapman (Nancy Machado) of Springfield and Annmarie Chapman of Ware; her grandchildren, Sarah Rivera, Sadie Rivera, Celeste Chapman, Makayla Clay, Azariah Medina, Armanni Galarza and Selene Chapman; her great grandchildren, Zaidyn Sanchez, Princeton Sanchez and Liam Luciano; and her sister Margie Bugno of Prospect, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
