She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Reyes and Aurea Maisonet. She is survived by: her children, Pedro Nieves (Helen) of Windsor Locks, CT, Wanda (Doug Mar) of Spring, TX and Carmen Nieves (Alan Bethea) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Sasha, Alexandria, Kevin, Marcus and Heaven; her great grandchildren, Diego, Kinsey, Christian, Kai and Kevin; and her stepson Eduardo Nieves. She is also survived by one of nine children and had five brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Curran-Jones Funeral Home (109 Main St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
