She is survived by: her father Ulysee Grady Lewis; her sons, David Thomas (Krista), Jonathan Thomas of Springfield, MA. and Roger Bullock of Southwick, MA.; her grandchildren, Silas Espinoza, Imani Adero, David Thomas Jr., Izaria Jayleen Thomas and Ian Jabari Thomas; and her siblings, Deborah Malloy of Holyoke, MA., Beverly Miller of Springfield, MA., Antoinette Lewis of Springfield, MA., Nicole Walker of Springfield, MA., Annette Honeywell of Queens, NY, Darlene Ellison Jefferson of South Carolina, Rico Swinton, Willie McLeod of Springfield, MA., Michael Lewis and Lewis Walker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
