He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Jose Penna Sr.; and his grandmother Maria Cintron. He is survived by: his mother Awilda Rivera; his children, Carlos Jose Penna III (CJ) and Kayliana Angelique Penna; his sister Justine Penna; his nieces and nephews, Angalina, Zalina and Katalina; his brother Julian Penna (Jacinda Rodriguez); his nieces and nephews, Isacc, Julian Jr., Julianah, Julius and Juleah; his sisters, Lyana and Leah Ortiz; and his grandmother Ramona Segarra. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
