She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaspar Villanueva and Iris Villanueva (Fantauzzi); and her siblings, Angel Manuel Villanueva, Maria Virginia Villanueva and Ana Iris Villanueva.
She is survived by: her husband Manuel Pineiro; her children, Manuel Pineiro (Amy Pineiro) of Mashpee, Massachusetts, Cristina Flores (Carmelo Flores) of Springfield, Massachusetts and Joel Pineiro of Agawam, Massachusetts.; her brother Jose Antonio Villanueva of Puerto Rico; her grandchildren, Manuel Pineiro III, Olivia Pineiro, Noah Pineiro, Gabriel Pineiro, Samantha Flores, Christopher Flores, Oliver Pineiro and Zachary Fielding; and her great grandchildren, Chase and Maiya Pineiro. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center (1858 Allen St, Springfield, MA 01118). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (426 Bay St, Springfield, MA 01109).
