She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kavanagh and Nora Kavanagh (Kavanagh); her husband Maurice Cahill; her sons, John Joe Cahill and Daniel Cahill; and her siblings, Daniel, John, Maurice Kavanagh, Mary Murphy and Noreen Kavanagh-Collins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Kelly of Springfield and Catherine Walsh (James) of Agawam; her sister Margaret "Peg" Doyle of Ireland; her grandchildren, Colleen Malehorn (Nick), Erin Kelly and Sean Walsh (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Connor, Grayson, Callan and Riley; and her caregiver Luba.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of the Acres (21 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (421 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129).
