She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Traver and Evelyn Traver (Fish); her husbands, Paul Woodward and Anthony Guagliardo; and her son Paul Woodward Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Woodward (Catherine), Steven Woodward (Darlene) and Daren Woodward; and her brother Richard Traver (Maryann).
