Visitation was held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:45 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chickie's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905 or Shriner's Hospital, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104-2396.
