She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Smith, Sr. and Irene A. Smith (Middleton); her siblings, Thomas Smith Jr., Alfred C. Smith, Enoch Smith Sr., Francis Smith, Alice N. Smith and Clara Jordan; and her stepson Robert Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughter Jaqueline; her husband Otis Kelly; her daughters, Susan Kelly Jones, Jerrilyn Kelly and Jacqueline Moore (Bernard Boone); her sisters, Catherine Summers (Walter) of Kalamazoo, MI and Polly Collins (Roosevelt) of Dyer, IN.; her grandchildren, Sheila Crump, Anthony Kelly, Robin N. Kelly, Jordan Jones, Janae Jones, Rickey Moore Jr. and Ryan Moore; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Kelly, Alaya Jones and Jordan Noah Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
