She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Carman and Antoinette Carman (Boucher); and her siblings, Bill, Michael Carman and Barbara Flynn.
She is survived by: her husband James; her sister Susan Patch; her nieces, Dani West and Patty Dudas; her brother-in-law Donald Pisarcik (Karlene); her nephew Robert Pisarcik (Elvia); her great-nephew Bobby Pisarcik (Anna); her great-nieces, Celeste Ornelas and Amanda Pisarcik; and her cousin Andrea Zara (Mark). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Claire's name to the Westfield Homeless Cat Project, 1124 East Mountain Rd., Westfield, MA 01086.
