He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Maxwell and Mary Ellen Maxwell (Murphy). He is survived by: his siblings, George M. "Breeze" Maxwell (Nikki) of Longmeadow and Donna M. Leydon (William) of Yarmouth Port; his nieces and nephews, Erin, James Maxwell, Sarah Leydon (Christopher Pacheco) and John Leydon (Melissa Hine); and his great-nephew John Christopher Pacheco. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society, PO Box 6307, Springfield, MA 01101-6307.
