He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Van; and his siblings, William, Van, Douglas and Laurel Lee Rollins.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rollins (Mayo); his daughters, Lynn Brown (Robert) of West Springfield and Jamie Theroux (Todd) of Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Breanne, Emilee, Ella, Michael and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Greyson and Brooksley; and his sisters, Donna Williams (Anthony) of Vermont, Tammy Paliki and Chris of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
Memorial contribution may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
