He was predeceased by: his parent Ira; and his brothers, James Kelly, Thomas Kelly and Earl Sutton. He is survived by: his mother Emma Kelly (Hooks); his wife Carol L. Kelly (Taylor) of Springfield; his children, Tiffany Greene (Esau), David Kelly Jr., Tamika Rivera (Kevin), Jasmine Taylor (Anthony) and Tianna Kelly (Maurice); his brothers, Ira Kelly (Denise), Rocky Kelly (Regenia), Esses Kelly (Melissa), Gregory Sutton (Kim), Derrick Sutton and Joseph Sutton (Denise); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Donavan, Jasmine, Isaiah, Talyn, Gabriella, Payton and Sadiyah.
