He is survived by: his wife Cindy Zitka of Springfield; his children, Matthew David Zitka of Springfield and Stefanie Zitka of Manhattan; and his siblings, Dawn McClure of Longmeadow and EdwardZitka (Hope Zitka) of West Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
