She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Candini and Jean Candini; her husband Stanley Lawrence Slapski; and her sister Shirley Midwood Miller. She is survived by: her son Joseph Paul Slapski; her siblings-in-law, William and Mary Slapski; and her pet Princess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
