He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Mercure; and his siblings, James White, Phillip Mercure (Butch), Francis Mercure, Patricia Mercure and Eva Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Mercure (Scartz) of Springfield; his children, Edward Jr. (Shelli Roberts) of Chicopee, Christopher (Marque) of Ellington, CT and Lisa Trombley (Robert) of Tolland, CT; his siblings, Joseph Mercure (Kathleen) of Quincy, Donald Mercure, Eugene Mercure and Sandra Mercure of Agawam; his grandchildren, Elena, Sammy, Tailor, Teddy, Audrey, Hailee and Dominic; and his great grandchildren, Brantley and AraBella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
