Owens II, Shelbi Dixon-Tobicoe (Cameron), Tristan Dixon and Devon Owens-Heywood; his parents, William Abram and Frankie Mae Owens-Buck; and his siblings, William Owens, David Owens, Wannetta Thompson, Louie Owens (Mary), Minniett Westbrook, Jonnie M. Starnes, Mary Lou Seibles (James) and Denise Brown. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
