She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Weldon and William Weldon Sr.; her siblings, Oliver Buzzy Weldon, William Weldon, Jr., Augusta Weldon and Grace Carroll; and her brother-in-law William B Alston.

She is survived by : her children, Yvette Cammock (Floyd) of Springfield and Sherman Pittman, Jr. of Springfield; her grandson Alexander Pittman of Springfield; her sisters, Sarah Orr of Arizona, Doris Ezell and Hannah Weldon of Springfield; and her goddaughter Ashlee Williams (Danny Jacesyn).
