She was predeceased by: her mother Elsa Petersohn; and her husband Sverre "Steve" Maagero. She is survived by: her children, Karin (Don) and Ronald (Alda); her sisters-in-law, Jeanine and Annelise (Ron); and her grandchildren, Mario, Monica and Kayla. She is also survived by two great-granddaughters, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Shriners Hospital for Children.
