She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Bly and Otila Bly of San Antonio, TX; her husband James E Sullivan; and her siblings, Antonia Anderson of San Antonio, TX, Nelly Young of Alpine, TX, Mary Reed, Charles Bly (Pat), Johnnie Mae of San Antonio, TX and Stokes Bly of Lawton, OK..

She is survived by : her cousin Gladys Sullivan Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
