Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ursday O'Brien Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services (33 Lamb St, South Hadley, MA 01075). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
