She was predeceased by: her parents, David R. Tarbet and Catherine D. Tarbet (Bain); and her grandchildren, Kristen Crowell and Ronald Dulude. She is survived by: her significant other David R. Mack of Springfield; her daughters, Catherine Roy (Jim) of Springfield and Carol A. Dulude of Lunenburg, MA; her grandchildren, Stacy Crowell, Patrick Crowell and Heather Dulude; and her great grandchildren, Elias, Autumn Crowell, Kayleigh Bellefeuille, Emelia, Sofia Dulude and Jameson LaFlamme.
Instead of flowers, Fay's family request that contributions in her name be directed to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
